How to cook:
- Method 1, Grill: Add salt to taste. Heat grill to about 200c and drop patties in about 4-5 minutes per side. Add cheese during last minute to melt.
- Method 2, Pan Fry: Add salt to taste. Heat a little clarified butter or butter ghee in a pan to medium high heat. Sear Burgers about 5 minutes per side, do not overcook.
