- 2 Rolls
- 500g thinly sliced Angus beef
- Chopped onions
- Cheese mix
- Salt & pepper

Season the meat and onions well and sauté in a well tallowed skillet. Take your time on this until the mix caramelizes and chars nicely for added texture. Add the cheese to the surface and wait a few minutes until it melts. Scoop into the bread and enjoy! Bonus hint - toast the bread in a pan with some butter beforehand.
