US Ranch raised, hormone and antibiotic free turkey. The turkey breasts are brined for 2 days and smoked over oak with our house rub. One of the leanest meats out there and we make sure it remains juicy, tender & full of flavor.

Trivia: Deli sliced turkey that you find in your local supermarkets contain harmful preservatives such as nitrates and nitrites. They also often contain additives and artificial flavors and colorings, making them completely unnatural. Our sliced turkey contains just turkey and natural seasoning. You are essentially consuming free-range turkey breast in its most natural form. Great for kids' lunches as well as picnic packs. A true kitchen staple!

Preferred Method: One of our favorite sandwiches is to get 2 sourdough slices, add mayo on one side and Dijon mustard on the other one. Add the layers in this sequence, lettuce , smoked turkey slices, gruyere cheese, some pickles then tomato slices.
