Butchery & Production Supervisor

Are you a pro at keeping things running smoothly in a fast‑paced kitchen or meat processing environment? Do you know your way around meat portioning, packaging, and quality control? If so, we want you to lead our production team at CarniStore.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔪 Running the show – Oversee the entire production process, from receiving raw meat to portioning, packaging, and dispatching orders.
• 📏 Keeping it precise – Ensure every cut, portion, and pack meets our high standards with minimal waste and all custom requests fulfilled accurately.
• ♻️ Maximizing efficiency – Analyze workflows, optimize processes, and train the team to boost yield and minimize losses.
• 👨‍🍳 Leading the team – Manage and motivate a crew of butchers and kitchen staff to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• ✅ Ensuring compliance – Stay on top of HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations, ensuring food safety and hygiene at all times.
• 📊 Tracking & improving – Monitor key performance metrics, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and continuously refine our processes.

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Experience in meat production, butchery, food processing, or kitchen management (supermarkets, hotels, or production facilities).
• ✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
• ✔️ Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• ✔️ Comfortable using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• ✔️ A problem‑solving mindset – quick on your feet and great under pressure.
• ✔️ Passion for precision – you know that every gram counts!
