On 11 & 12 May, there will be a sizzling lane takeover from 4PM to late.

CarniStore will curate a delightful array of food and beverage offerings in collaboration with various food concepts, including our community members Lila Molino, Pekoe, Nightjar and TVM @ The Fridge.

Savour delicious cuisines while enjoying live music performances and DJ sets in The Main Lane.

Holy Smokes: BBQ, Steaks, Sandwiches & Hotdogs Steak and potatoes, Italian Steak Sandwich, Miso Chicken and Hotdogs.

Harry's Sandwiches
: Sandwiches including The Reuben (Smoked Pastrami-Brisket, swiss cheese, citrus slaw, Russian dressing, dill pickle), The French Dip, Frozen Lemonade

Eleven Green
: Sandwiches including Roast beef & cheddar, Mushroom & Swiss and Doughnut Soft Serve

Tano's at 8
: Paella de marisco, paella with artichoke, mushroom and pastrami, burnt basque cheesecake, kleicheh

Smoking Beards
: The Cajun Melt sandwich. Juicy skirt steak grilled on live fire and coated in Smoking Beard's signature Bayou Blaze rub, served on a sourdough baguette with blue cheese cream sauce and thick-cut fries in beef tallow.

Dibba Bay Oysters
: Fresh raw local Dibba Bay oysters and also a special collaboration dish with CarniStore creating a grilled oyster dish.

Gelateria La Romana
: A wide range of high-quality Gelato flavours

Lila Taqueria : Street eats of traditional mexican dishes including Tacos, tostados & churros

Maison Duffour
: Melting raclette cheese in a baguette sandwich with black beef bresaola

PINZA: Pizzas with hand-made crusts made from 30-hour fermented base including Peperroni, Classic Margarita, Truffle Goodness and BBQ Chicken.

Totally Acai: Premium Açaí

Nightjar
: Pop-up nitro tap bar, dishing out house-made 70% dark choc rye wheat brownies (with lashings of whipped cream), caffeinated dark elixir, and selections of nitro cold brew, iced tea and kombucha.

Pekoe: Asian Concept Desserts including vanilla pudding with caramel sauce & nama cream, Thai Milk tea pudding & brown sugar pearl and HK Style Mango & coconut pomelo sago pudding.

TVM @ The Fridge: Avantgarde cocktail options including non-alcoholic beverages.
