Fees in full
- Free scheduled delivery on all orders above AED 300.
- Dubai scheduled delivery: AED 20 on orders under AED 300.
- Dubai express delivery: AED 25 (fixed rate).
- Other emirates: AED 30 on orders under AED 300.
- Abu Dhabi express delivery, same-day and next-day: AED 35.

Dubai, delivery timescales
Delivery timescales vary depending on the type of product you have chosen. Unless otherwise communicated on our website, the following applies:
CarniStore Raw Range: orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the next day, and you can choose what time you receive the order from the dropdown menu at checkout.
CarniStore Cooked or Smokehouse Range: orders will be delivered within 10 hours. Our CarniStore crew will call you to verify delivery details and timings if different from the time selected for any product from our Raw Range.
Dubai, good to know
- Please think carefully before choosing your delivery time slot, as we will be unable to deliver your order if nobody is able to physically take delivery of it.
- Please verify your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. You will be responsible for any attempted re-delivery charges if we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control.
- The applicable delivery charge will be added to your final bill at checkout.
- If your order fails to arrive when expected, please contact us. The CarniStore crew will investigate immediately and aim to have your order delivered as soon as possible.
