Below is our recommendations when reheating any of our Smokehouse meals.

If you ordered for Dubai, your meal will arrive in Tin Foil. If you ordered outside of Dubai, it will be vacuum sealed.

Please follow the correct reheating procedures outlined below.


Vacuum Sealed

To reheat your smoked product, simply keep the meat in the plastic seal and submerge in hot water (hot to simmering, not a raucous boil) for about 45 minutes.

Alternatively, you may choose to remove from the plastic seal and wrap tightly in aluminium foil. Then place in the oven on a low setting (100 to 120C) for around 45 minutes.

Foil Wrapped

To reheat your smoked product, keep wrapped tightly in aluminium foil. Then place in the oven on a low setting (100 to 120C) for apx 45 minutes.

Reheating Leftovers

Once you take a bite of our smoked items, we doubt you’ll want to leave much behind but just in case you have leftovers we want you to enjoy them just as much as that first bite.

If you have a steamer, remove all foil from your smoked product then place the item in the steamer for apx 45 minutes.

If you don’t have a steamer, simply place in foil, sprinkle liberally with water or broth, wrap tightly and place in a low oven for apx 45 minutes.
