Trivia: One of the most popular cuts of beef in East Asia, usually sliced thin (Flanken style), marinated and grilled over high heat. Our short ribs are Prime grade, with the perfect marbling for tender, moist & fall off the bone slow cooking.
English Cut comes in 2 inch cubes with the bone attached to make searing and cooking easier. This is a great option to choose when cooking stews or using for a ragu.

Preferred Method: Slow cook or Smoke

Technique:
- Marinate for 4 hours to overnight
- Sear in tallow or ghee until browned on all sides
- Put in a dutch oven (or covered pot) with some onions, carrots and beef stock
- Cook slow for 3 to 4 hours

Dubai: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be for next day delivery.

Other Emirates: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered after 2 days.
