We Need a Customer Experience Extraordinaire

The CarniStore team is expanding! We are searching for a friendly, professional, solution focused, positive and loves helping people to be the person behind our WhatsApp chat, emails and the first welcoming face to greet customers at our warehouse.
You will be great at multi-tasking and prioritising as the role involves speaking to many customers on multi-channels at the same time. This is a fast-paced role and needs someone who is understanding, can think on their feet, empathise with customers, and quickly comprehend and resolve their needs.

The ideal candidate will be relentless in their mission to find solutions to problems, and will understand that we don’t just sell meat, but we are part of creating an unparalleled experience for our customers.
The Customer Experience Extraordinaire will be expected to assist customers with making decisions by suggesting recommendations on the perfect product selection for their needs, as well as tracking deliveries, handling complaints, and answering all questions related to the website. Some experience in the Retail or F&B industry would be ideal, but is not essential. Foodies and meat lovers are welcome.

An excellent telephone manner and clear spoken and written English communication is essential.

Requirements and skills

    Proficient spoken and written English communication

    Passion for helping customers

    Multitasking skills

    Flexible to work weekend evening shifts (on rotation)

    Basic understanding of cooking/food terminology

    Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail or F&B is a plus
