We're on the hunt for a friendly, enthusiastic and solution focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team and help provide support to our valued customers.

🔥 What You'll Do: 🔥

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the face (or rather, voice) of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and orders. Work closely with dispatch team to ensure deliveries are on time and flag potential issues before they arise. Resolve complaints promptly, professionally and with empathy. Proactively stay up to date with our product range and services to offer personalised product recommendations, information about pricing, availability, and promotions. Play a vital role in turning first-time shoppers into lifelong CarniStore ambassadors. Offer first line support for website and app issues, escalating to tech support when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

🎉 What We're Looking For: 🎉

    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills that bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
    • Great at multi-tasking and prioritising to handle many customers on multi-channels at the same time. 
    • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist and build relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
    • Familiarity with various communication channels and basic computer skills.
    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably as a Customer Service Executive or similar
    • Flexible to work weekend and evening shifts as well as holidays (including Thanksgiving, Eid, Christmas)
    • Basic understanding of cooking/food terminology and a willingness to learn about meat cuts and cooking styles.
