The perfect luxury steak for 2 to share. The Porterhouse is a very larg T-bone that is half striploin and half tenderloin with a sumptuous bone in the middle. Like having 2 steaks in one meal. All natural Australian Angus.
Preferred Method: grill, reverse sear method prefered
Technique:
- Season well on both sides
- Grill off direct heat until 50c internal temp is acheived
- Sear on high heat one minute per side. Baste with butter, garlic and rosemary or thyme for that wow factor.
