T-Bone - 650g
This steak is the best of both worlds. Perfect for when you just can't make up your mind. The T-bone is part striploin and part tenderloin with a sumptuous bone in the middle. Like having 2 steaks in one meal. All natural Aberdeen Angus.
Preferred Method: grill, reverse sear method preferred
Technique:
- Season well on both sides
- Grill off direct heat until 50c internal temp is achieved
- Sear on high heat one minute per side. Baste with butter, garlic, and rosemary or thyme for that wow factor.
Best paired with:
Sauces: Carnaise or Chimichurri
