Trivia: Half striploin and half tenderloin with a sumptuous bone in the middle. Like having 2 steaks in one meal. All natural Australian Angus.
Preferred Method: Skillet or grill 
Technique:
- Season well on both sides
- Grill it on the BBQ or use a skillet
- Cook for 3 mins each side for perfect medium rare. Baste with butter, garlic and rosemary or thyme for that wow factor.
Best paired with:
Rub: CarniRub or Coffee Rub
Sauces: Carnaise or Chimichurri
