We start with a premium Black Angus Brisket that we brine for 6 days, followed by a 14 hour low and slow smoke. The result is deep, tender beef and that smoky flavor that keeps you coming back for more. High in flavor, keto friendly and dangerously moreish.
Choosing your cut:
- Flat – The lean end. Smokey flavor and easy to slice. Ideal for roasts, tidy portions or sandwiches.
- Centre Cut – The balanced choice. Juicy, tender and consistent. Perfect all rounder.
- Point – The indulgent end. Rich marbled and fall apart tender. Best for burnt ends, pulled brisket or a messy BBQ.
