Beef Liver - 700g to 800g
Black Angus Beef Liver is widely reported to be the most nutritious food on the planet. Gram for gram, it is more nutrient dense than any other consumable substance. It contains a plethora of nutrients in abundance, as well as all 9 essential amino acids.
For a simple, delicious recipe, slice some white onions and sauté in butter ghee for 10 minutes and add chopped liver. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder and sauté for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from fire and squeeze some lemon and enjoy.
Don't like the idea of eating liver? Be open minded and get creative. Try making a creamy pate by sautéing chopped liver with garlic, shallots, and plenty of grass-fed butter. Take the sautéed concoction to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Enjoy with some garlic bread, or your favorite crackers. Or for a healthy gluten free treat, spread on top of a steak or dip with carrot sticks.
