Here’s what you need to know:

  • Delivery in Dubai only
  • ⁠⁠It is dispatched from a separate facility (hence, pick up not possible)
  • ⁠Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm

Important Information regarding Ordering & Delivery

Non-Halal items are stored and dispatched from a different vicinity. These products cannot be sent together with Halal items and therefore will be shipped separately. You will be charged for only one delivery, but you will receive two separate orders (if ordering Halal and Non-Halal items together)

How do I order Halal and Non-Halal items?

Place your order as normal. Select from the 2-hour delivery slots shown. You will then be prompted to select the delivery date for Non-Halal items. These are sent anytime within the 10am – 4pm window on the day chosen. Same day delivery is not available for Non-Halal items.

I’m only ordering Non-Halal items. How do I order and what are the delivery timings?

If you order before 2pm, delivery is available the next day. For orders placed after 2pm, the first available delivery will be after 2 days. Upon checking out, you will be given the option to select the delivery date most convenient for you.

Is the pick-up option available?

Unfortunately not. Our Non-Halal items are not kept at our Alserkal Avenue store, but off-site.
