Our Smoked Turkey is truly feast-worthy. We brine our Turkeys for 2 days to infuse them with moisture and flavor. The turkey is then stuffed with aromatic fruits & vegetables, injected with herb butter and then glazed with honey butter as we smoke it to perfection over oak wood.
