Yes. Every product we sell is 100% Halal as per the laws and regulations in the UAE. We no longer stock any non-Halal items.

Dubai: same-day, seven days a week. Slots 10 AM to 12 PM, 12 to 2 PM, 2 to 4 PM, 4 to 6 PM and 6 to 9 PM. Allow about 5 hours from ordering, so order before 4 PM for today; after 4 PM it is tomorrow. The 10 AM to 12 PM slot is booked the day before, by 11:59 AM. Book up to 28 days ahead.

Express (90 minutes): parts of Dubai and across Abu Dhabi. No slot to pick, it goes straight out. If you see Express at checkout, your address is in the zone.

Abu Dhabi city: next day, 9 AM to 12 PM, 12 to 3 PM, 3 to 7 PM or 7 to 11 PM, order before 3 PM. Some addresses get same-day delivery, 2 to 8 PM, when you order before 11:30 AM; you will see it at checkout. Western Abu Dhabi: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 8 AM to 6 PM, order before 3 PM the day before. Al Ghadeer: 6 to 10 PM daily, order before 3 PM for the following evening. Book up to 14 days ahead.

Al Ain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah: next day, 9 AM to 12 PM or 12 to 3 PM. Ajman: 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 to 6 PM. Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 8 AM to 6 PM. All seven days a week, order before 3 PM for tomorrow, and book up to 14 days ahead.

Miss a cut-off and you simply roll on to the next available day. Slots fill up, so if the one you want is missing, try another day.

Delivery is free on orders over AED 300. Under that it is AED 20 in Dubai and AED 30 for the other emirates. Express Delivery is a flat AED 25 in Dubai whatever your order comes to; the Abu Dhabi Express fee is shown at checkout. Store pickup is always free. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Choose Store Pickup at checkout, free with no minimum order, from CarniStore at Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, our only pickup point. Collections run every hour from 10 AM to 6 PM, every day. Give us 3 hours and it is ready: order at 9 AM, collect from noon. You can book a pickup up to 14 days ahead.

Spend 300 AED for free delivery, and 450 AED to unlock a free Bone Broth (1 per order), which you can add straight from your cart.

Choose a rub (dry seasoning) or a marinade on any meat product and we apply a generous dose before delivery, so it is ready for the grill, pan or oven with no prep. We don't recommend both a rub and a marinade on the same cut; if you pick both, the marinade comes on the side. On the product page you can hover a rub or marinade to see what it tastes like.

For delivery orders, we accept secure online card payment only. If you choose store pickup, you can pay online or pay in store.

No. We only source ethically raised meat from top farms in Argentina, Australia and the USA, free from hormones and antibiotics, and never from inhumane or unsanitary environments.

Refrigerate cold items as soon as they arrive and eat the same day, or freeze for later. Eat hot items within 2 hours or refrigerate for later. We recommend not keeping items in the fridge beyond 72 hours. Most products are vacuum sealed and freezer friendly, just defrost safely in the fridge.
