This is our take on the famous Korean Bulgogi.

We start with prime beef that has a marbling score of 3+. The thinly sliced meat is generously coated in our own Asian marinade and skewered in a serpentine pattern.

Cooking

Preferred Method: Fire over a hot grill and cook quickly. Delicious when eaten rare to medium rare.

Technique:
- Have the grill/skillet hot, and add some high smoke point fat if skillet
- Flip when seared on one side
- Do not overcook
