Our Grass-fed chateaubriand (also known as fillet mignon roast or tenderloin centre cut) is the most tender, decadent piece of beef you can get. Lean, flavourful and quite a masterpiece for the perfect Sunday Roast or Beef Wellington.
We send it trussed with twine as standard to maintain the even shape, but let us know if you prefer it without!
