Cooking

Indoor Cooking - Heat Butter Ghee in a cast iron skillet until ghee is very hot.

Drop steak in for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden crisp from outside and pink inside.

Rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.

Grill - Preheat grill to 250 to 300c (the hotter the better). Sear steak around 4 minutes per side. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
