Method - Season Lamb neck, sliced onions and carrots, and add to dutch oven or other heavy pot. Sautee until browned. Add CarniStore beef broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer, cover and allow to braise for 3 hours, turning periodically. Check for doneness and remove when meat is fork tender. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes and enjoy.
