Trivia: Lamb Shoulder is a tough and flavorful cut that lends well to braising or slow cooking. Makes for a fall apart, succulent and epic crowd pleaser! Free Range Grass-fed New Zealand or Australian Lamb.
Preferred Method: Braise, slow cook or smoke
Technique:
- Brown the Shoulder in oil on stovetop pan
- Slow cook for 4 to 6 hours in stock or wine until tender
- Alternatively wrap tightly in foil and roast for 4 hours
