This is our take on the famous Mongolian Beef!

All items included:
- Marinated marbled Prime Angus Flank strips
- Mongolian Marinade
- Spring Onions 
- Black & White sesame

Trivia: This dish is originally from Taiwan and has nothing to do with the Mongolian cuisine!

The enzymes in our ginger sesame based sauce break down the fibers of the beef for a very tender bite.

Cooking


- Start off by heating tallow or butter ghee in a cast iron or non stick pan
- Throw in the marinated beef strips to sear
- When the strips start to brown, add some of the Mongolian marinade
- Turn off the heat when you get a dark glazed color
- Add the spring onion and sesame seeds
