Hormone & Antibiotic free chicken thighs are de-boned and marinated with our miso based marinade then skewered with scallions!
Trivia: This Japanese flavor combines salty, sweet, fruity & earthy flavors giving you this umami experience, always leaving you wanting one more bite. We do leave the skin on with the chicken as it enhances the flavor, especially with the grill char.
Preferred Method: Grill
Preheat grill to medium heat and add your skewers, turn the skewers when you find that the external parts are starting to char a bit. You need to avoid high heat as it may burn the chicken from outside, before reaching the safe internal temperature of 165° Fahrenheit (75° Celsius). Brush the remaining marinade on the skewers for that final glaze.
