- Wagyu Burger Patty: 100% Australian cross-bred Wagyu with a 6–7 marbling score. Lightly salted, no fillers. Rich flavor, juicy texture. 70/30 fat ratio.
- Angus Beef Patty: Buttery and bold, this burger offers a perfect fat blend for grilling. Crafted from high-quality Angus beef. 75/25 fat ratio.
- Grass-Fed Beef Patty – CS Graze: Our leanest, cleanest beef patty. From free-range, grass-fed cattle with an 80/20 fat ratio. Deep, natural beef flavor.
Weight: 150g per patty.
Cooking
Preferred Method: Add salt to taste, Pan Fry or Grill about 4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt during last minute of cook.
