- Wagyu - 6 to 7 marbled Australian cross-bred wagyu. Nothing else is mixed in here, just 100% wagyu beef, lightly salted. 70/30 ratio.

Preferred Method: Add salt to taste, Pan Fry or Grill about 4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt during last minute of cook.
Technique:
- Keep the patties very cold
- Flip when charred on one side
