Our Skirt Steak is Insanely flavorful with a well balance marble. One of our most popular! Available in a form friendly 300g steak or a whole side of 1kg (really long). Prime grade, 100% Aberdeen Angus strain beef, free of hormones and antibiotics.

Preferred Method: Grill outdoors over the highest heat possible, 3 minutes per side at most. If using charcoal, go with a lump over briquettes due to lump's higher burn temperature.
