How to Cook
  1. Preheat the Pan:

    • Preheat a flat-top griddle or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

  2. Dip the Tortillas:

    • Unpack the tortillas and dip each one into the consommé briefly to coat them lightly.

  3. Heat the Tortillas:

    • Place the dipped tortilla onto the preheated pan. Crisp for a minute or two then flip.

    • Immediately sprinkle some cheese onto the pan next to the tortilla.

    • Allow the cheese to melt for a few seconds, then press the tortilla down onto the cheese, giving it about 10 seconds to stick.

  4. Warm the Brisket:

    • Warm the pulled smoked brisket in a separate pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot.

  5. Assemble the Tacos:

    • Once the cheese is adhered to the tortilla, place a generous portion of the warmed brisket onto one half of the tortilla.

    • Fold the tortilla in half to form a half-moon shape. Gently press down until it holds.

  6. Cook and Finish:

    • Let the folded taco cook on the pan for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side until it becomes golden and crispy.

  7. Plate the Tacos:

    • Repeat the process for all 10 tacos.

    • Once all the tacos are ready, plate them neatly.
