Smoked Lamb Shoulder Meal
This Australian grass-fed lamb shoulder is marinated for 2 days then smoked over oak wood creating a dark mahogany bark packed with flavor on the outside and moist fall off the bone goodness underneath. We guarantee you will be able to pull out the bone effortlessly, even if you haven't been working out lately.
We are adding an Arabic spiced rice with added drippings from the lamb shoulder, finished off with roasted nuts and raisins. A healthy side of our fresh herb chimichurri will ensure a balanced, zesty bite every time.
