Naturally Ranch Raised in the USA. White feather Californian genetics, these turkeys are received frozen, we thaw in our aromatic brine before delivering. Please note that the weight listed is frozen weight. The thawed and brined weight is roughly 10% less.  

Festive Preparation: All the work is done for you! Turkey is brined for 2 days, butter herb stuffed under the skin, cavity stuffed with fruit and onion, and our house rub is liberally applied all over. Just pop this in the oven 30 minutes per kg at 200c and there you have it. A perfectly moist and flavorful turkey that will have your guests' praise for years to come!

Preferred Method: Roast or Smoke

Technique:
- Place turkey in a large roasting pan with lots of onions and some broth at the bottom
- Roast, covered in foil, for 3 hours
- Remove foil and bake or broil on high until browned

Sides: Truffle Mac & Cheese, Japanese Slaw
