Festive Preparation: By popular demand, we are now offering our turkeys with our festive preparation (optional extra). This means we brine, season with our house chicken rub, and add aromatic fruits and onions inside for added flavour. All you have to do is preheat the oven and roast.

Preferred Method: Roast or Smoke
Technique:
- Place turkey in a large roasting pan with lots of onions and some broth at the bottom
- Roast, covered in foil, for 3 hours
- Remove foil and bake or broil on high until browned

Sauce: Gravy
Sides: Truffle Mac & Cheese, Japanese Slaw
Dubai: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be for next day delivery.
