Preferred Method: Grill
Technique:
Preheat grill to medium heat and add your skewers, turn the skewers when you find that the external parts are starting to char a bit.
You need to avoid high heat as it may burn the chicken from outside, before reaching the safe internal temperature of 165° Fahrenheit (75° Celsius).
Brush the remaining marinade on the skewers for that final glaze
