Just really good fresh chicken breast. Choose local and reliable. Raised free range, hormone free, antibiotic free and never-frozen. Also known as chicken fillet.

*The weight advertised is for bone-in and skin-on product. De-boning and de-skinning is a service we provide for free, however it will reduce the overall final weight of the product by approximately 30 percent.

Trivia: The breast of a chicken is lean, white and tender because chickens don't fly. Flying birds like ducks don't contain any white meat.
