Sashimi grade yellowtail hamachi. Wild caught off the coast of Japan.
Mild, slightly sweet flavour with a firm texture that makes it ideal to be eaten raw.
We like it as sushi, sashimi or simply sliced with soy and citrus.
Chopsticks optional.
