Preferred Method: Pan sear or grill
Technique:
- Add CarniRub liberally to the steaks
- Sear on a pan with high smoke point oil or ghee, high heat for 3-4 mins on each side for medium
- Add butter, garlic and thyme to pan
-Baste the steak with the infused butter
- (OR) Grill on each side for 4 mins for medium temperature
