Black Angus (400g) - 100% Aberdeen Angus, Grass-Fed and Grain Finished with absolutely no additives. This is our higher marbling option with a more buttery flavor profile.

CarniStore Graze (300g) -We believe our premium grassfed is the best beef in the world. Our specified grass feeding programs yield incredible, carbon neutral beef from the Las Pampas plains of Argentina.

Cooking

Whole Ribeye is perfect for a Prime Rib Roast. The reverse sear method is most advisable and an internal meat thermometer such as Meater is a must. Season the roast liberally and allow to rest for at least an hour.

Then, on low heat (120 to 140c) bring the roast up to around 55c degrees internal temperature.

Remove from the heat and sear over a hot grill until all sides are golden brown.

Carve at the table and serve.
