Ribeye Whole - 2.8 to 3.2kg

- Prime 5+ from the US, the highest classification in the US grading system. Equivalent to a crossbred wagyu with marbling score of 5.
Premium Grassfed - Las Pampas Grass fed and grass finished beef from Argentina. Ideal terroir for renewable, lush pastures. Renowned for excellent flavor and tenderness.

Whole Ribeye is perfect for a Prime Rib Roast. The reverse sear method is most advisable and an internal meat thermometer such as Meater is a must. Season the roast liberally and allow to rest for at least an hour. Then, on low heat (120 to 140c) bring the roast up to around 55c degrees internal temperature. Remove from the heat and sear over a hot grill until all sides are golden brown. Carve at the table and serve.
