Every Brisket that comes out of our kitchen is an arduous labor of love. We start with a premium 250 day grain fed Angus Brisket that we brine for 6 days, followed by a 14 hour smoking process that's low and slow over Oak. One bite and you'll be hooked!

Whole Brisket - 5kg (Feeds 15)

Recommended Sauces: Chimichurri or CarniQ
Recommended Sides: Mac N Cheese, Sweet Potato Pot or Potato Gratin
