Cooking Suggestion: Simply place roulade on a rack or shallow tray, add ½ cup chicken broth to the tray for moisture, and cover loosely with foil. Roast at 160°C for 40–45 minutes, and continue roasting for 20–30 minutes afterwards without the foil for a perfect finish.
